Lattafa Khamrah Mira: notes, price and everything we know

Lattafa Khamrah Mira bottle surrounded by chestnuts, red currants, mandarin, white flowers and cinnamon, with an autumn landscape behind

Khamrah is one of Lattafa’s most popular lines: sweet, spicy and the kind you can smell from a distance. Now comes Khamrah Mira, the first in the family designed with a clearly feminine focus.

It keeps the saga’s spicy warmth and vanilla, but adds juicy red fruit, white flowers and a touch of chestnut. Here is what we know so far: notes, who is behind it, when it launches and what it costs.

A Khamrah with a woman’s name

The original Khamrah (2022) became famous for its trail of cinnamon, sweets and vanilla, and later versions explored other shades, such as coffee in Qahwa or smoke in Dukhan. According to Lattafa, Mira opens a new chapter: it is the collection’s first feminine pillar.

The name, Mira (ميرا), evokes an inner glow that turns into presence. In Spanish, “mira” also means “look”, a nod picked up in the brand’s presentation.

The bottle keeps the family silhouette, but taller and slimmer, in translucent sunset-coloured glass.

How it smells: the notes

This is the official pyramid. We haven’t tried it yet, so what follows is what the notes promise, not a personal impression. Hover over each band to read what it adds.

Top notes

the first minutes
  • Red currant
  • Mandarin
  • Cinnamon

It opens juicy and slightly tart thanks to the currant and mandarin, with the cinnamon warmth that recalls the Khamrah family.

Heart notes

the first hours
  • Jasmine sambac
  • Orange blossom
  • Rosyfolia™
  • Chestnut

The white flowers bring luminosity and the chestnut a creamy, nutty texture. Rosyfolia™ is a trademarked note that adds a rosy floral nuance.

Base notes

what lingers on the skin
  • Benzoin
  • Roasted tonka
  • Madagascar vanilla
  • Cocoa Pulse™
  • Musk

Here is the gourmand side: enveloping vanilla and tonka, a dark hint of cocoa and a musk that softens the finish. According to the launch notes, it is gourmand without going overboard: creamy, nutty and cosy.

Main accords according to the Fragrantica community (the top accord equals 100). Early data, with few votes.

The striking part is the mix of warm spices with white florals and citrus. On paper, that is where Mira departs from the darker Khamrahs.

First opinions

It launched only a few days ago, so votes are scarce. On Fragrantica it scores 3.56 out of 5 from 27 votes, split between “love” and “hate”, and Parfumo flags it as a divisive scent. One of the first reviews describes it as sweet, fruity and long-lasting, for autumn and winter. The community sees it more as a winter, evening scent.

Who is it for?

Judging by its pyramid, it suits you if you like creamy sweets (vanilla, tonka, cocoa) and want a floral, fruity touch to lighten them. If vanilla or tonka are not your thing, it probably isn’t your perfume. And by character, it looks more like autumn, winter and evenings than a hot day.

Price and where to buy

It is currently sold on Lattafa’s official Middle East website and expected to reach the US this month. We haven’t yet found stores with a price in Spain.

For reference, a store in the Emirates lists it at AED 195 (about €45 at the current rate) for the 100 ml bottle. This is only a guide: prices change and exclude shipping and taxes. For comparison, the original Khamrah is found in Spain from around €26.

When stores in Spain stock it, we will update this section with prices.

Our verdict so far

Without having tried it, Mira promises a brighter, more floral Khamrah. Here is what it promises and what remains to be checked:

  • Promises: a balance of fruit, white flowers and vanilla.
  • Promises: a more elegant bottle and a well-known perfumer team.
  • To check: real longevity and projection.
  • To check: whether the tonka and cocoa turn out too sweet.
  • To check: the price once it reaches Spain.
